There are a wide range of programs for students, faculty, and staff — competitive and non-competitive, organized and informal, group and individual. Intramural Sports

The purpose of the Intramural Sports program is to provide exercise, recreation, and fun to our participants in a relaxed, yet structured environment. Intramural Sports enhance the academic experience by promoting and reinforcing leadership qualities, teamwork, personal accomplishment, mutual respect, integrity, competition and recreation, as well as skill and exercise. Everyone is encouraged to play to the best of their abilities. The genuine value of Intramural Sports comes from the camaraderie experienced with other participants and staff of the program. Club Sports

The purpose of the Club Sports program is to provide opportunities for self-organized and self-run university chartered student organizations that are sponsored by the Department of Student Life and Ministry.
